Huddle's US instance of its government and enterprise cloud collaboration service has been granted FedRAMP Authority to Operate (ATO) by USAID. With this ATO, Huddle will be able to further support US government agencies by providing a single secure platform in the cloud for everyone inside and outside of an organization to share files, manage projects and work together. By doing so, Huddle will enable government agencies to improve efficiency and drive greater productivity.

The Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) is a US government-wide program that was launched to accelerate the adoption of secure cloud services. It provides a uniform approach to security assessments and authorizations and the application of existing security practices to ensure agencies have confidence in their secure cloud suppliers. 

Being awarded FedRAMP ATO strengthens Huddle’s already impressive government credentials. The company was the first cloud collaboration service to be pan government accredited at IL2 for UK government and Huddle is one of the most successful Software-as-a-Service suppliers on the G-Cloud Framework. Huddle’s government customers include 80 percent of central UK government departments, NASA, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the National Institutes for Health, which is part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
